Dieting is only hard if you make it hard…
So here’s my 6 secrets that I’ve learned that have made it EXTREMELY easy to lose belly fat
- Pre-track your calories before you start your day. Download MyFitnessPal and track the foods you plan on eating.
- Meal prep your foods, at minimum your protein sources. So you have it readily available for you when eating time comes
- Low-calorie sauces.
Ex. G-Hugh’s BBQ sauce, Sugar Free ketchup, Sweet baby rays sugar free bbq sauce, Sugar free syrup, etc.
- Zero calorie drinks. My favorites diet cranberry Juice, diet Cherry Coke, diet ginger-ale
- Keeping protein at .8-1 gram per pound of body weight. Protein keeps you fuller for a longer period of time. Just having protein with every meal will keep you fuller longer
- Drink a gallon of water per day
