Dieting is only hard if you make it hard…

So here’s my 6 secrets that I’ve learned that have made it EXTREMELY easy to lose belly fat 

  1. Pre-track your calories before you start your day. Download MyFitnessPal and track the foods you plan on eating. 
  1. Meal prep your foods, at minimum your protein sources. So you have it readily available for you when eating time comes 
  1. Low-calorie sauces. 

Ex. G-Hugh’s BBQ sauce, Sugar Free ketchup, Sweet baby rays sugar free bbq sauce, Sugar free syrup, etc. 

  1. Zero calorie drinks. My favorites diet cranberry Juice, diet Cherry Coke, diet ginger-ale 
  1. Keeping protein at .8-1 gram per pound of body weight. Protein keeps you fuller for a longer period of time. Just having protein with every meal will keep you fuller longer 
  2. Drink a gallon of water per day
