Description

I felt lost like I didn’t have direction or a goal 

I needed that fire resparked for my fitness Journey 

I had already done different competitions 

But there was one thing I truly always enjoyed and that was bodybuilding 

It was time I got dialed in to do another show 

But I wanted to go big this time and get in the absolute best shape of my life 

I needed that guidance from a coach to make sure we fully followed through with everything and stuck to the plan 

So hired my coach and we went full force 

Heres how we did it

  1. We started off at maintenance calories at 3500, then lowered all the way down over the 16 weeks to 1780 calories, while keeping our protein intake at around 200 grams the entire duration 
  2. Training 6 days a week doing push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs and emphasizing a lot of compound movements. RDLs, Bench Press, Barbell Squats and continuing to get stronger at those movements 
  3. Consistently having my coach HOLD me accountable to be the best version of myself, when I wanted to slack or not do my cardio he reminded me of my greatness and thats why we make an amazing team. We actually are fully committed to doing a year together now to bring a FULL ON best package we have ever brought to the stage next year. 

I was able to get in the best shape of my life and do 3 bodybuilding shows back to back to back weekends
