You might say you want your abs to pop

You say your willing to do whatever it takes in the moment when your talking about it
But here’s the truth about having a six pack…
It’s difficult…
It’s work
It’s effort
It’s consistency
It’s discomfort
It’s being hungry
It’s long hours of cardio
It’s weighing out foods
It’s discipline to not only get to but to maintain.
You have to be on top of your nutrition, and maintain a low body fat
You have to hit your cardio so your expending enough energy to maintain it
You have to have the willpower to say no to friends and family at times cause those restaurant foods are gonna go over your calories
Some of you talk a lot about your goals to get there but aren’t willing to do the work required to get that outcome
