Every Single day someone asks you about whats going on in your life 

“I remember the glory days” 

Or how you used to do this, you used to that 

How you Used to be in shape,  now you work long hours 

Brother we need to stop talking about what used to happen 

Lets talk about whats going to happen 

You think your done ? That you reached your peak already? 

You got way too much life to live to say that 

Somewhere along the way you lost that drive in you, that dog mentality 

Its mainly because we got complacent with our situation, we let the foot on the gas of growth and challenge 

So heres 3 steps we can start to bring that dog mentality back in you 

  1. We need to find a goal to work towards. A Bodybuilding show, 5k, 10k, Spartan race, or a deadline to lose a specific amount of weight, whatever that looks like. Pick something with a date so we know you’re serious. 
  1. Find a plan thats gonna get you towards that goal and that will break it down into weekly goals to accomplish. Ex. Lose 10lbs in 10 week, 1 lb per week should be the goal. 
  1. Daily Visualization Meditation. This will keep that constant reminder of your goal and why you should wanna work towards accomplishing it. 

Now lets Reignite that drive to become more and be more 

And lets start to become that man that we know we’re capable of being again
