Why You ALWAYS Procrastinate on Your Workouts….

When your an athlete its easy

Practices are scheduled…. 

Games are Scheduled… 

Meetings… 

You never had to worry about it 

But Now….

You have this 9-5 job and you always are coming home 

“Too Tired” 

“Too Busy” 

And you can’t stay consistent with a routine on your own 

Since no one us yelling at your or no teammates are holding you accountable its way easier to skip your workouts now 

No movement + a Sedentary Job = Gut and you no feeling confident in your own reflection 

So heres how to KILL Your Procrastination 

  1. On Sunday Go on Google Calendar 
  1. Write out the exact times you plan on going to the gym every week 

Ex. Monday @8:00am 

  1. Set reminders on your phone that say “Gym” 10-15 minutes before the planned time to go to the gym so now you have Multiple reminders of when you need to hit your gym sessions. 
  1. Hire a coach to make sure your on plan or have a group of guys that are willing to commit to going at specific times so you have further reason to actually show up to the gym 

Now your not procrastinating anymore on your workouts…. 

Your following through with your promises and feel happy with the man in the mirror
