So heres exactly how to structure your workouts in the gym… 

1.Pick 2-3 warm up exercises that are gonna target the muscle groups your working that day 

Ex. Chest, shoulder, Triceps—> Push-ups, Light Flys 

2. 1-2 Compound movement for the day.

A Movement that works multiple muscle groups 

Ex. Chest, shoulder, Triceps—> Barbell Bench Press/DB Bench Press 

3. 4-5 Accessory Movements 

Movements that hit 1 muscle group at a time
