You remember Back in High-school you had a calendar for meetings, practice, games

School Schedule, weight room times, etc. 

Everything was laid out for you written down so you knew exactly where to be at what time 

But when sports finished we completely forgot to make sure to do this for our actual lives outside of sports 

And your job most likely  isn’t gonna make your exercise to lose 10-20lbs 

So heres what to do 

  1. Go on google and go to google calendar 
  2. Add in the specific times you plan on actually hitting the gym 
  3. Add the times you plan on preparing your meals 
  4. Add in the times you plan on getting your walks in throughout the day 

Once its written down its gonna make a big difference for you to SEE it, cause now you’ll actually commit to it 

And you’ll make that structure to lose this weight and actually gain that confidence in yourself again
