  3. The day of drinking or going out to eat you’re going to pre track the drinks you have or food. Example your gonna get a burger, pre track that burger in myfitnesspal 
  4. Fast through your first meal to converse those calories for later so you actually lose body fat and don’t keep your gut and get your confident back
