I don’t know who needs to hear this
But Stop Doing Things Cause your friends are doing them….
You don’t have smoke cause your friend is smoking
You don’t have to drink cause your friend is drinking
Cause I was that guy that would do things because it was what everyone else was doing
“We’re going to the bar tonight”
I’m going
We’re going out to dinner
Im going
Its mainly because my goals weren’t crystal clear
Once I got on my bodybuilding prep and took my fitness to that next level it became A Lot easier for me to say no or go with them bit just not do what they were doing
Because it would impact my personal goals and compromise them
So if your just saying yes to everything its likely your either not clear on your goals OR you just don’t them seriously at all
But as your online fitness coach heres some personal advice, if your friends are letting you splip from your goals and letting you conform are they really your friends?
