How To Stop Feeling Like Your Letting Yourself Down

You Guys ever miss a day or two of tracking..

Or miss a workout 

Miss a live stream..and your just so upset with yourself that you didn’t get the the workout done, that you just speak extremely negative to yourself… 

“Man your such an idiot” 

“Man your clearly not serious about this goal” 

“You’ll always be that fat version of yourself from before” 

“You’ll never change” 

“You’ll never look good wearing those tighter shirts” 

This negative creature just comes to your head and starts to make up a reality that isn’t even true 



And you NEED to be strong enough to know that it is isn’t true 

Lets put a name to this negative thought pattern lets call him “the enemy” 

The issue is if we allow the enemy to continue to own real estate in our way we WILL NEVER get out of our own way. 

And this will to us having So many attempts of trying to get on our way routine over and over again but HE KEEPS STOPPING US! 

Guys the enemy is PLAYING YOU and is making you think 1 bad mistake will lead to you complelty falling off 

“THE ENEMY IS PLAYING ME” write that in the comments ! 

But the truth is YOUR SUPPOSE TO MAKE MISTAKES (everybody write that in the comments) 

You are supposed to make mistakes thats how you fucking learn! 

But so many of us think that because we messed up one time and our mind thinks your not meant for this 

So heres how to not let the enemy take over and remain positive even when your messing up 

  1. The enemy is not you! You are you! The enemy, aka your own head wants you to think your a failure…but in reality. You are destined for greatness, your are destined to be powerful, you are meant for More than you could imagine. 
  2. The enemy is scared of your potential, he scared that you’ll realize how powerful you actually are if you realize that one mistake isnt the end all be all. 
  3. Its okay…show yourself kindness. You missing 1 or 2 days of tracking, is it ideal? No…but what are you gonna do? Keep dweeling on it? Its okay!! 
  4. Let go of it, let go of the mistake, let go of the negatvity. The sooner you let it go the less real estate it’ll have in your mind, and now the more room for positivity 
  5. The 1 minute rule, be mad at yourself for 1 minute put a timer on and after that don’t think about it anymore. THIS IS DIFFICULT because its easy 
  6. MORE POSITIVITY and gratitude, as soon as you feel negativity coming upon you, you need to start stating what your grateful for. 

If you no longer allow the enemy to stop you, you will finally start to see the results you want and the body you want will come to fruition now because HE IS NO LONGER HOLDING YOU BACK
