  1. I Stopped focusing on JUST doing cardio…this kept me looking skinny fat for a long time 
  2. I trained chest more frequently throughout the week, adding more sets, exercises to make sure I was incorporating the right movements to build my chest properly 
  3. I tracked my workouts for my reps, weight, sets every session that involved chest 
  4. I upped the intensity every single week, whether it was with weight, reps, sets, etc. 

After years of Being self concisous about my Chets Now I’m able to step on bodybuilding stages and inspire men to become the best version fo themselves
