Description

Listen Fellas Im all for pushing yourself and gaining mental toughness..

But if the ONLY way you’ve been able to be on track with your training is because you have 75 hard behind it.

We have a problem

Its exciting you have this new challenge you, you want to go all in with it

So you train twice a day, eat a super restrictive diet for 75 days

But your using it as a band aid and avoiding the real problem with your training and nutrition

And you end losing all your progress because you NEVER made this truly part of your lifestyle in the first place…

Which is that sports made you think that you ALWAYS need to have a challenge, a game day, etc. to be in shape

So as soon as that challenge is finished up you end gaining all that weight back anyway

Indicates that you haven’t actually made fitness a lifestyle, you’ve made it a chore that you NEED to crutch on a challenge for

Heres 3 shifts you need to have in your mindset so you can lose weight and keep it off WITHOUT relying on 75 hard

  1. Whats you’re Why? Why are you doing this in the first place? Health, longevity, become a better you, be a better leader, etc. That why should drive you to want to keep going no matter if you have a sport or a challenge backing it.
  2. Enough with the Quick Fix Mentality. Think Sustainability….and how can you Make this a true lifestyle. Which might not be training every single day
  3. Your All Or Nothing Mentality is a Bullshit Excuse. Going all in has a different meaning for you now, going all in previously meant training 2x a day, watching film, etc. Your all in Now might be 3-4 days a week at the gym. Which is completely fine, its all about the season of your life you’re in for going all in.

If your ready for a PERMANENT Solution to weight loss after sports instead of relying on quick fixes over and over again then DM me the word “ATHLETE” and I’ll see if your a good fit
