Peace…
The thing all we all lack up in our head sometimes
We go into a day with all these raging voices
Judging us from our past, our insecurities, our failures, rejections
And we always had an outlet to silence these voices from sports, but ever since sports ended for you
These voices have been getting louder and louder again
Raising up anxiety, depression, and all of those emotions that we didn’t feel when we’re much more active
Now it almost feels like uncontrollable…
Cause let’s be real here…we haven’t been nearly as focused on our health and fitness since sports ended , now we feel like we lack control in almost all areas of our life now
So here’s 2 hard truths about Exercise
1. Movement = medicine. All of these voices in your head, your trying to battle its going to begin to dissipate more as you take better care of your health.
2. It not only helps look better, you’re going to feel like that person you used to be again. You’re going to get that same energy, and confidence back because you’re taking care of your health and your fitness once again.
3. Lack of movement creates more doubt, and fear in one self and prevents you from taking action on your goals
So get back to getting that movement in and silence those voices
