Are you in an in between season right now?
You don’t really fit in with your old friends, teammates, colleagues…
But you also don’t fit in with the new people you want to associate with just yet either
It’s this strange in between phase, especially when you finish sports
Your gonna find your not going to message most of the people you used to play sports with anymore
As life goes on, you change, your interests change and maybe your old teammates are going a different route
It’s not that you hate each other, it’s not that there’s any bad blood in between, you guys just went different paths and that’s completely fine
But where does that leave you??
Probably having 2-5 friends you trust, your family and that’s about it haha
Cause you have these aspirations to want more but you don’t have the resources necessary yet to communicate with this new set of people you want to associate with
So here’s a 4 tips to get through this inbetween period as your leveling up and setting up your next phase in your life
1. Not everyone is going to fit the new standard you have for your life. So don’t drag people who no longer serve you with you to the new heights you’re taking your life. Some people are just there for a season of your life and it was never meant to be a long term relationship.
2. In moments of loneliness just embrace what you’re grateful for right now. Don’t revert to things that you know don’t serve you anymore. Like binge eating, snacking, smoking, drinking, (if these are habits that don’t serve you) then don’t go back to them when times are stressful.
3. Spend this time creating the man you want to create, and creating the life you want for yourself. Focus on the vision you have for your life daily, to avoid things from deterring you from reaching your end goal and on your path as the man you want to become.

4. Workout at least 4 times a week. Working out isn’t that for us looking good, it molds our mind to reminding us we are powerful, we are strong, we are capable of achieving our goals we have in our lives.
