- Your not tracking your calories or weighing your food out. Honestly if you don’t track your foods, it just gets so complicated when it comes to losing weight or gaining weight, if you know how much your eating on a daily basis, it will only make the process easier. You’ll know if your eating enough, or not enough or the right amount. Because let’s be honest I can’t even keep track of everything I ate in a day, especially if your trying to lose weight, TRACK YOUR CALORIES. Yes it takes effort, but do you want those results you’ve been talking about for years or not ? —-> TRACK
- Some of you are only doing cardio and hopping on the treadmill for 2 hours and complaining about not seeing results. But if you incorporate strength training, it will literally increase your metabolism !! CARDIO WILL NOT! I’m not saying don’t do cardio, I’m saying prioritize the weight training over it.
- Your training with weights but not the right way!! Your going into the gym, doing the same bro split you’ve been doing for 3 years, that’s kept you stuck with where your at right now. It’s cause you gotta change it up my man! If you keep feeding your body the same stimulus don’t expect it to change results, same stimulus=same results.
- Some of you THINK you know how to train. “Nasser I know how to train man, I don’t need any advice.” Yeah man that’s fine, but just know that this lack of openness to new training knowledge is ultimately what is holding you back from getting to that next level in your physique and your results. I always have an open mind for training, I’m always constantly learning new ways to train, learning about how the body works in order maximize my own results as well. At the end of the day no ones know everything about training and nutrition!
