There’s a lot of things in our lives that we’re gonna have to repeat constantly that we don’t want to do. But repetition is whats gonna keep you structured, grounded and actually build that discipline to see the results that you want not only physically but mentally as well.

Repetition will suck there’s no doubt, but you should want this shit so bad religion shouldn’t even phase you, you should just be actually putting in the work and not thinking about if it’s repetitive or not.

Show up constantly no matter what, o you don’t feel like getting to the gym? Repeat your routine get there anyway, don’t feel like tracking calories ? Repeat your routine track them anyway.

Repetition is one of the main components that will build your discipline over time so in summary KEEP GOING, be a fucking machine that does the same shit everyday, and makes him/herself better by sticking to their routine and being consistent with it! Ofc there is room for some leeway but the work needs to get done first ;).

If you don’t start repeating the good habits then you’ll start repeating the bad ones... you choose what type of lifestyle your tryna live. LETS HAVE A MONDAY.
