People ask me all the time “oh how do I start losing weight”. A HUGE WAY, to save a bunch of calories is simply by only eating them and not consuming them!

So if you continue on to keep drinking calories, which by the way INCLUDES ALCOHOL!! You're just making it harder and harder on yourself to actually start losing this weight.  If you continue to make it harder and harder on yourself and not seeing the progress that you want then, it’ll make it that much harder to even get to the gym, since your not seeing progress! But all you have to do is not drink your calories!!

“So Coach Nasser what do I drink if I can’t drink my calories” umm WATERRRR!!! You guys don’t realize how full you can feel just from having water, next time your hungry have 2-3 glasses of water and watch how full you’ll get from that water instantly! So drink water constantly every day, 2-3 glasses with meals, 2 glasses in between meals, and if your bored instead of snacking drink fucking water.

Of course I don’t have a massive issue with having diet drinks different zero calories drinks, but those need to be in moderation as well, try not to make it a daily thing more so occasionally if your feeling a sweet tooth for one of those go for it.
