I don’t blame you at all, there is so many different things that are said out there that it’s understandable. But let’s say you tried it and it didn’t pan out and now your just frustrated cause you don’t know what approach to take....I gotchu

I know we are seeing so many different diets out there, and especially as of recent a higher amount of low-carb or no carb diets as well, people are trying. I just want to inform my followers and my people of the TRUTH on WHY YOU ACTUALLY NEED CARBS!!

I’m gonna get a little sceicny, You NEED carbs to produce insulin in your body, you need insulin to perform glycolysis, glycolysis is first step of aerobic respiration which is extremely efficient In making ATP for your body. ATP is what gives you energy to take on your daily tasks throughout your day, especially your workouts. If these carbs are taken out then we’ll be in a constant state of gluconeogensis, which is just our body using sources other than carbohydrates as fuel but won’t be as efficient for the body in general. Gluconegensis is a natural process however but we don’t want to be in a constant state of relying on things other than carbohydrates for energy, when we can get them in, it’s WHAT OUT BODIES WANT!!!

So eat carbs they should make up 45-65% of your diet, maybe a little lower or higher depending on the individuals needs.

A big thing in question is sustainability with these low-carb no carb diets, if you can’t actually do the diet for more than a few weeks or months, it’s not ideal, this is a lifestyle!!!

SO DO NOT CUT THEM OUT , IT IS STUPID, YOU NEED ALL MACRONUTRIENTS LITERALLY!! NEVER CUT OUT ONE GROUP!  (Unless you have a medical condition)
