I remember I was sitting on my bed on a rainy night at 13 years old, just constantly thinking about starting a workout routine or thinking about getting into better shape for baseball. So I sat there and felt fucking bad for myself, but in reality I was actually digging myself into a deeper hole by avoiding even starting or delaying the process any longer.

People do this daily, where they will think about starting their journeys and maybe they aren’t the best place mentally or they’re go through something in the family, at school, work, and they decide to push off their fitness.

This is one of the worst things you can do, because when we’re down, not in the best place a true test to see who is gonna hang in there. Who is gonna hit their workout, who is going to show up for their daily routines no matter what happenes, who is going to stay consistent no matter what life hits at them?
