Especially lately with school, work, and taking care of my clients, it’s not easy, and yeah I know people ofc have worse situations than me in life at the moment but it’s okay for me to acknowledge that a lot of work needs to be done.

But to be fair I want to put this type of pressure on myself, I want to be a great coach, and student, I want to be all those things, because I know I’m capable of it and I know people need my help when it comes to their fitness goals. So I will continue to show the fuck up and finish up my education at the sametime! Cause that’s my standard. Once I know I’m putting in a certain amount of extra effort I know I’m not getting an average result in the future.

I wanna clarify I’m not on here to try to make you feel bad or boast that I do so and so amount of work daily. I’m here because maybe you got a lot on your plate too and you don’t say enough to yourself that your putting in a lot of work, and though the rewards aren’t there right now, the rewards will never happen if you stop right now. SO KEEP GOING, IM HERE WITH YOU!!
