Some of you are scared to face failure. Straight up. But if you can’t face failure then your gonna have difficulty overall getting to wherever it is that you need to be.

Don’t look at failure in the gym or even out of the gym as just that, failure is a test, it is a mechanism that makes us uncomfortable, a mechanism of which we can learn from.

But if you take failure in any situation whether your failing a lift , fail a test, don’t get a promotion. You don’t just sit there and do the same thing when the situation comes up....

But you can’t be scared of failure cause then literally how the fuck are you gonna grow. I got rid of my fear of failure when I realized that if I wanted to see the results that I wanted I was gonna have to fail and fail and fail, over and over again to figure out this whole nutrition and training thing. But if I hadn’t gone through that initial failure I never would’ve learned.

Failure is also a test of current limits or limiting beliefs, so if you push past that previous sticking point that is fucking progress. You have to test your limits in order to past the previous ones, you have to know how far you can take it so you can continuously push that threshold.

You avoiding failure right now, is the reason your stuck where your at, your scared of what others think, your scared to push the previous limits, STOP WITH THAT. Go fucking fail as many times as it takes and come back “better, stronger faster”.
