HOW DID I MAKE THIS A HABIT ?

-

I get a lot of questions about how to make fitness a lifestyle and just a one hit wonder that you forget about after a couple days of workouts!

-

-

-

I see the issue is a lot of us just go too hard too fast, and then we fall off just as quick if we do that. Someone that’s never been to the gym a day in their life should not be working out 6-7 days a week off the bat, you have to work up to that kind of tolerance. Someone that’s never ran a diet before should not be running a Keto diet that is extremely unsustainable…ITS TOO MUCH!

-

If you’re going to make this a habit and part of your life you NEED TO START SMALL. A person who gets into running doesn’t flat out start with a marathon. You work up to it with 5ks, 10ks, and gradually start implementing.

-

If you don’t start taking it slow, this cycle of on and off training will continue and you’ll continue to get more discouraged about how this isn’t possible but your issue is, you WON’T TAKE IT SLOW!

So if your starting off here’s some actionable advice you can use today. Don’t start with 6 days week, start with 3 simple full body days at the gym a week and see if that helps. Maybe add some walking in the routine if you enjoy that. Or just some form of cardio you genuinely look forward to. Next just start off by tracking your foods, stop rushing into diets that cut out whole food groups…IT IS STUPID and UNSUSTAINABLE. Tracking your calories will give you a sense of what foods contain what nutrients and macronutrients!

So imagine a life where this is actually becoming a habit, your on track your looking good, you got great momentum to getting your six pack and there is no slowly you down because you STARTED Slow and and worked your way up to more advanced training. So don’t overcomplicate it and make it a lifestyle not a chore
