A lot of people have this mentality that only certain people should workout, or just a select few have the ability to because of whatever reason... we’ll I got news for you ;)

YOU CAN DO IT TOO. People at the gym putting in work day in and day out, we’re nothing special, and I’m not saying that anyone ever claimed us to be either but people think we have this extra amount of time, or neglect certain things because we make time for our fitness but.....WRONG. Turns out we are people that have jobs, have classes, have lives, want to be social, we just MAKE THE TIME!!!

See your issue is your looking at all those people are thinking what’s the “secret” how do they get to the gym, and secret is get out of bed, get dressed, get in your car, drive to the gym and do a workout, and repeat this 3-4 times a week for the next couple months and make it part of your lifestyle. THERES NO SECRET, you have to make the fucking sacrifice if you really wanna see a change.

So don’t me tell me or other people who are consistent with our routines that we “have the time”, we MAKE THE TIME, and it makes us feel good to the point where we get work done way more efficiently because of it, and once you begin your fitness journey you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.

We prioritize the things we want in life, if I wanna look good and make sure I’m healthy, I’m gonna get my workouts in and if I don’t care about that then I won’t. It’s simple. So stop with the excuses and let’s get to work, make this a PRIORITY FOR YOURSELF.
