I hear people say all the time ,”I wanna get ripped”, “I wanna get big”, “I wanna get stronger”. So much noise but you never see any habits change. They eat the same thing, go the same gym routine or don’t go to the gym, and just don’t change shit.

If you wanna stay the same do those same habits that got you there in the first place. Stick to your normal habits, that are keeping you unhappy and not pushing yourself. OR you begin to start changing and working towards your fitness goals.

Truth is this is not easy, and what you do on a daily basis will change, your gonna be in the gym, your gonna be counting calories, your gonna be sore, tired, but guess what!!? THATS PART OF THE GAME!!

People you know will start to look at you funny, because your grinding your ass off and they’re sitting on the sidelines watching, let em watch man, let them stick to their old habits while your getting after it. And they might look at you funny sometimes but it’s part of it, you gotta be a little crazy to reach your fitness goals, theres gotta be something deep inside you that can’t settle and let that fuel your journey.
