TO ALL MY YOUNG GUYS OUT THERE TRYING TO GROW!! Put that mass on, get stronger, and bigger and think that supplements are what you need…you're wrong.

Supplements are called “supplements” for a reason, they essentially assist in making the main foundations of putting on size which is nutrition and training and enhance those two components.

For example let’s look at @bpnsupps pre workout, it’s there to make my training session more intense. Another common one protein powder, it’s meant to help you get to your protein goal quicker but you should still be eating those quality foods to get the majority of your protein in.

So if your at the point where you have the training and the nutrition a consistent basis, and you want that extra 2-5% help from supplements then consider using them. Don’t think these are the TOOL or FAST TRACK to get you to you fitness goals cause you will be disappointed in the long run.

So yes they’re helpful of course but you need to have your foundation built or beginning to build it or you just gonna have no idea why your buying all these products.
