I WAS SCARED TO CHANGE MY ROUTINE TOO

Like previously mentioned a lot of us are stuck in our old ways of training.  Stuck in this fixated mindset that this one thing will always work, and get us results.  I remember I used to be stuck just doing the same thing over and over again at the gym, and eventually it was a mental thing that I didn’t wanna change my routine.

I was scared that, if I changed my routine, I would stop seeing the results that I had already gotten. Where this can hold us back is, a lot of are caught up on a certain way of training, some of us think cardio everyday is the answer, weightlifting every day is the answer, upper, lower, push, pull, legs is the answer. In reality the problem comes when we think one specific way is the solution.

You have to be open-minded in order to really start seeing results. Open to changing your current routine. If we can’t switch your mindset up, then there is literally no chance of you getting to that next level of results, because your stuck in your old ways !!!

If you’ve been doing the same routine, over and over again then, time to step out of your comfort zone and really try something new, that’ll get you what you’ve wanted. Be open to different training styles, powerlifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting, athletic training. Once you become open minded to learning your training will change and so will your results.  It’s comfortable at all, but neither is growth in general, it’s not comfortable.

But again I have been there where I was caught up in this one specific result, my first year of getting into this lifestyle I would just run every single day, and I thought that was the answer. Then I became open minded to lifting, then learned different training styles in that. I have done a little ju-jit-su training, have done powerlifting programs, bodybuilding, track workouts, etc. summary is don’t get caught up in “this is the one way”, there are many ways.
