Now more than ever is the time to realize that maybe you weren’t prepared this time around from a health perspective! Maybe you still haven’t taken full control of your health and fitness and are just waiting and waiting for the “right time”

Guys a pandemic just hit...this proves more than ever that we ALWAYS need to be on our health and fitness because we never know when it’ll be an advantage.  So if this wasn’t already a wake up call to start your fitness, NOW IM TELLING YOU THIS NEEDS TO BECOME A PRIORITY.  We always need to be prepared no matter what, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week because I need to be prepared for anything and know that if anything comes, where my health might be in question, I’ll have my health in a good state.

Not to mention the other benefits of exercise, such the as mental health component, and the sense of accomplishment in reaching a certain goal. BUT we need to realize that some of us were not prepared for something such as a pandemic because we kept waiting to start these fitness journeys, YOU NEED TO START YOURS NOW!! Start hitting the gym 3-4 times a week, start going for those daily walks, start working towards losing those 10lbs, start making better nutrition choices. We’re not preparing for one specific situation this is preparedness of life, we don’t know what’s gonna happen, look at where we are now!!

You can start taking the preventative measures NOW!!! Don’t put this off anymore, it is the most important time to begin your process, no more putting it off, no more "diet starts tomorrow", "I’ll hit the gym tomorrow", your gonna start preparing today for whatever this world chooses to throw at us tomorrow.

Don’t wait for something to trigger you or “motivate you”, look around you, we have to wear masks everywhere we go because of a health crisis, what more do you need ? TIME IS FUCKING NOW. Let’s roll squad, HAPPY MONDAY !!!
