I remember I was sitting in my couch watching this video on intermittent fasting and then another one that said I need to eat a certain amount protein every couple of hours. This quickly lead to me having my heart race and feeling overwhelmed!

This overwhelm can easily just lead to you being confused and then not change your habits at all! If your not changing your habits at all then we’re not gonna see those results we wanna see in the long run right!

So here’s what you do with meal timings, since certain people have different periods where they are hungry I encourage them to eat at the times that they are actually hungry. It would be optimal to have to you eat some sort of meal I would say every 3-4 hours just to overall keep you fuller throughout the day especially if your on a cut of some sort, or trying to lean out overall. But let’s not over complicate this if your not hungry in the morning skip breakfast, if you are eat breakfast.

Same thing with the other meals if you get hungry mid day have your lunch, if you only get hungry in the mornings and at night eat at those times. Again this needs to be sustainable for you!!! Not just a one and done solution. So tailor this around your lifestyle!! Hope this helps fam!
