So your telling yourself all the time your trying and trying to gain weight and honestly it’s killing you man. It’s killing your confidence that you it simply seems impossible for you to have the size that you want. Maybe you’ve been a skinnier guy all your life and your just ready to get over that shit. Or maybe you lost a bunch of weight recently and now you know you need to start packing on some solid weight this time.

But you know you need to evolve from this smaller version of yourself so you can start making the strength gains necessary , to get stronger to walk around with that confidence that you’ve been slacking due to the size you haven’t put on.

I don’t want you getting discouraged either from this, cause what happens is guys try to gain weight for x amount of time, they end up gaining very little weight or no weight at all and call it quits. If we just fucking call it quits, like what ? No we have to keep trying, we have to keep EATING!!!! It’s just as hard as losing weight, people underestimate this, do me a favor and do not underestimate the work it takes to gain mass.

Sometimes straight up guys are just scared to gain weight, cause they’ll “lose their abs”, or put on some “fat”. But if that’s what is necessary to be where you wanna be in the future those little things should’ve phase you or hold you back. If you wanna evolve to the next level you will do what it takes.

What it takes is simply EATING MORE!!! If your not gaining weight off of what your eating, eat more. If your eating 3000 calories and your not gaining weight eating 3200 calories. If your eating 4 meals a day and not gaining weight, eat 5. It’s actually super simple guys, I think the reason why so many guys have issues doing this is because it’s fucking hard to eat that much 🤣🤣. Like I will have several times where I just can’t eat anymore but I know that that extra 300-500 calories is where the difference is made.

Once you get into this routine of just eating the amount that you need to, you will feel an unreal sense of accomplishment, just seeing your body change physically but not only that your leveling up mentally too! So let’s do what we know we need to start doing and LETS ROCK GUYS.
