The key isn’t ignoring the voice once or twice l, it’s fighting it and fighting it every fucking day. It knows you are capable of more and it’s scared of that. So we have to silence it.

Everyday you show up to your workouts, everyday you show up to the gym, everyday YOU SHOW IT WHOS FUCKING RUNNING THIS SHIT. Trust me I know it’s hard, but once you get consistent , the voice gets weaker and weaker, until it says “this human is not going to stop
”.

I can confidently come on here and say that I scare the shit out of inner critic, “oh your tired you don’t wanna get out of bed”, is what it told me this morning, I got the fuck up and went on a 38 mile bike ride, haha it didn’t like that too much. SO PUSH YOUR LIMITS DAILY, show up for those workouts and start to show this voice who’s in charge here and then you’ll realize everything you’ve been leaving on the table ;)! HAPPY MONDAY!
