The difference between someone that reaches their fitness goals and someone that doesn’t reach their fitness goals is that desire in them to truly reach their fitness goals.

When you lack desire and passion to execute a certain task then as soon as it begins to start challenging your daily life, you’ll start making excuses to get out of that task and that’s just a fact.

So basically what I’m saying is, you either fucking want this or you don’t, and you know within yourself before you start your fitness journey you better have a desire to truly want to live this life cause I’ll be straight up if you don’t have that feeling in your gut that you don’t want to settle for your current physique at the moment and don’t have a desire to change, this lifestyle may not be for you.

Individuals who have the desire and are willing to execute on whatever means necessary to reach their goals are going to be the people who are successful in their fitness journeys, the people who aren’t all talk, the people who do what they say they are going to do.
