It’s been said that pastors must avoid the “Killer B’s.” Those killers are Business, Budgets, Bureaucracy, and Buildings. Nonetheless, churches cannot avoid most of those things altogether. Israel faced some of the same issues after redemption from Egypt. Specifically, Moses needed help to deal with many conflicts and issues that surfaced with people, and had to raise up capable leaders by delegating authority.
