Description

Setting healthy boundaries with yourself, technology, and the people in your life, work, romantic, friends, kids, social media, etc is a radical act of self care. 

Whenever you are feeling resentful or you start to become resentful and angry, you need a boundary and it’s lacking.
Whether it’s with family, work, friends, etc.

In this episode I will talk about:

Signs your boundaries may be too weak.
Signs your boundaries may be too rigid.
What healthy boundaries look like.
Ways to set and maintain good boundaries.
Maybe this is too wowooo but visualize. Visualize, journal, and meditate on the boundaries you want to enforce and set up, see yourself as strong and assertive saying exactly what you want and how you feel.

Journal it out to see if your boundaries are too weak, too rigid, right where they should be, meditate on it and adjust. This is something that will need a recheck in on throughout our lives too. 
Sometimes when we are stressed things fall out of alignment and we go back to old ways and patterns so make sure to check in with yourself and take care of yourself.
