After seeing an Instagram post with an influencer showing her morning and night time routine which is 2-3 hours in the morning and nighttime is 2+ hours long I want to share your self care and routines do not need to be that long.
To each their own and what works for one person won't work for everyone but when we are already busy and don't know where to even start I can share my personal day to day life a long with habit stacking so we are all less intimidated by practicing self care.
