We will practice box breath, breath of fire, alternate nostril breathing, and breath of fire through your mouth releasing stress and calling in what we need while brining in energy.
* If you are pregnant do not do breath of fire or hold your breath.
*Be mindful that some breathing techniques may make some individuals dizzy. Please stop if you become lightheaded or dizzy.
