Working out is my form of self-care and a huge stress reliever.
I have been into fitness since I was a kid. I have been teaching yoga, barre, and HIIT for over 4 years now. But I still love to follow other instructors workouts and have some of my favorite workout apps.
Exercise is backed by science that it is beneficial for mind, body, and spirit. It helps relax you, sleep better, reduced stress, lose weight, gives you endorphins, and so much more.
