What is new with me for the month of November.
Coming into a realiziation I am burnout out even while doing my morning routine and my daily self-care habits. What I am doing now to bring myself back into alignment and actually internalize my daily habits, non-negotionables, and daily self-care.
Why Instagram has made me feel very inauthentic to myself and taking a step back and only posting when I feel inspired to do so.
