Here’s a simple letting-go practice you can try:
• Write down everything you want to release—self-doubt, overcommitment, toxic habits, etc.
• Then, write a forgiveness statement for yourself or anyone else involved. For example, ‘I forgive myself for…’ or ‘I release this person/situation with love.’
• Safely burn or shred the paper as a symbolic act of letting go.
