Strawberry White Chocolate Boozy Milkshake
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup White Chocolate Liqueur
- ¼ Cup Irish Cream Liqueur
- 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Vodka (1 oz)
- 1/4 tsp Strawberry Extract
- 3 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 Frozen Strawberries (optional)
- Whipped Cream
- White Chocolate Chips (for rim)
- Sprinkles to taste
Directions:
- For the white chocolate rim: Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave for 15 second increments, stirring in between, until melted. Dip the rim of a glass into the white chocolate and let excess drip off. Immediately dust the white chocolate with sprinkles. Transfer the glass to the freezer until ready to use.
- For the milkshake: Place all ingredients for the milkshake in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- To serve: Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Enjoy.
