Ryan is an American former professional baseball pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Washington Nationals, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and Cincinnati Reds. He currently coaches young, college, and professional baseball athletes at Optimum Athletes in Sacramento, where he works with our team to allow his athletes to stay healthy and perform optimally. In this episode, Ryan talks about his baseball career and what he's learned from training other athletes.
