Here's Episode 16 of the KIMEcast, where we host Coach David Flores. David is currently the hitting coach for the Sacramento State DI baseball team. He previously served as the hitting coach for the Seattle Mariners' Dominican Academy for two seasons in 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, he was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 18th round of the 2008 amateur draft. Here we talk to David about movement assessments in high level athletics, collaborations of coaches with rehab specialists, and the body mechanics required of baseball athletes.
