Description

Here's Episode 22 of the KIMEcast, where we host Vince Mini. Vince owns Mini’s House of Pain Strength and Conditioning, a gym in El Dorado Hills CA and one of our physical therapy locations. Vince has had an extraordinary experience growing up in Brooklyn NY on the streets and working his way to the NFL, followed by work in the department of corrections and finally owning his gym. On this episode, we discuss the origin story of his gym, the importance in building relationships, accountability, and the value of having strength training and physical therapy in the same facility.
