Rhoda Mason is a personal trainer, Spartan SGX Coach, and Spartan athlete. She has been a top finalist in California Spartan races, and recently held a Throwdown event bringing together athletes of all sports to compete. She recently got a total hip replacement that allowed her to overcome her hip pain and get back to her active lifestyle.
