Youโre listening to ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ' ๐๐๐ podcast where we talk all things leadership, communication and, learning how to balance multiple passions as a millennial professional.
Iโm your host, Dr. Charity C. Campbell affectionately known as Dr. C and I canโt wait to dig into todayโs topic:

This week, we are diving deeper into #Filtering. This type of negative self-talk is when you canโt see anything positive in your situation due to solely focusing on the negative. You magnify the negative aspects of a situation and feel like thereโs too much bad, so you fail to identify with the good.
Today, I felt like preaching. ๐ As Iโve been personally filtering negative thoughts especially over the past 55 days of being in government quarantine here in China, I wanted to share some of things that have helped me to survive.
๐ 5 examples of industrial filters that can transform negative self talk
