Description

Professor Pip Pattison is a quantitative psychologist by background, whose primary focus of research is the development and application of mathematical and statistical models for social networks and network processes. Pip's research has broad application, from tracking the spread of infectious diseases to following the recovery of communities after the 2009 Victorian bushfires. Pip's leadership roles at the University of Melbourne have been extensive and culminated in Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), before joining the University of Sydney in 2014 as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education).
