Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the new series for the new year as she ventures into the world of ADHD Coaching as a trainee Coach.

In this today's episode, Tasha digs into her teaching roots to discuss the importance of learning styles and adapting our lives to the environments, not ourselves, which is what we may have been forced to believe. She explores how to find out what your learning styles are for different situations and utilising that information to permit yourself to live the life you deserve.

In the second part, she touches upon one of the most challenging barriers in life, especially those with ADHD: BOUNDARIES. She discusses different types of boundaries, the importance, possible challenges, endless benefits and how we can take that first step in creating them. As yourself, one question: What are you doing today for yourself?

We hope you like the episode, and we hope you join us again next week to discuss our internal narrative and barriers to ADHD.

Remember, no one ever needs fixing..? When something is not working, look around and see if this thing, person, experience rather than inside. We are all unique, beautiful individuals that can live the life we want!
