Series 2: “The World Through a Trainee Coach’s Eyes…’
Episode 5: "The Co-Occurring Composer…” By Natasha Hickling
Dear Diary,
Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the new series for the new year as she ventures into the world of ADHD Coaching as a trainee Coach.
This week, Tasha explores the ADHD Unique Brain Wiring and one of the most important topics out there right now. Executive Functioning! She explores the composer metaphors on how to describe them and Russell Barkley and Thomas Brown models. In the second part, she discusses how common it is for individuals with ADHD to have another coexisting condition. She dives into her own experience of living with ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia and her new hope in finding out about sensory processing.
We hope you like this next episode, and we hope you join us again next week to discuss the Emotions and Strengths of ADHD.
Have a great week, and remember to celebrate your uniqueness and the pure beauty that comes from having a neurodiverse brain wiring!
Until next time...
