Dear Diary,
Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the new series for the new year as she ventures into the world of ADHD Coaching as a trainee Coach.
There are strengths in all of us and every day, even living with ADHD! Join today as Tasha discusses the kinds of qualities we all possess like the different kind of strengths, character and performance, talents, interests, passions and what makes us us! She briefly touches upon some of her own and the importance of looking at your ADHD through the lens of strengths. In the second part of the episode, there is a shift as we dive into the reality of emotionality and how much it impacts individuals with ADHD, despite what the DSM5 states. Including the different emotions she and many others have gone through and the process of grieving for what could have been.
We hope you like the episode, and we hope you join us again next week to discuss Treatments and ADHD through the life stages.
Have a kick-ass week and remember, wherever you are on your ADHD journey, you are a true warrior with many, many strengths to go with it!
Until next time...
