Dear Diary,
Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the new series for the new year as she ventures into the world of ADHD Coaching as a trainee Coach.
There is so much more to ADHD than we could ever even imagine. Tasha was overwhelmed when the neuroscience terminology and understanding began, but she soon realized how much validation and wisdom comes from knowledge. She discusses the ADHD brain's differences through the ages with neuroplasticity and the actual scientifical understanding of how ADHD brains function, the chemistry, and its structure in her own unique brian wiring way. (Apologies if any terminology is missed pronounced!)
In the second part, she highlights the importance of multi-model treatment with ADHD and shares her own experience with medication, coaching and complementary approaches.
We hope you like the episode, and we hope you join us again next week to discuss what ADHD Life Coaching actually is and the change process people go through.
Remember, we wouldn't see without knowledge, but without action, we wouldn't move forward. Take control of your unique self and do what's right for you.
Until next time...
