Top I’s to how to describe your ADHD: 


• I- Don’t look at the diagnosis, look around in your world, what do you experience  


• I: Think about how your ADHD feels like


• I: Draw and write keywords down to capture it 


• I: Comen up with a tagline, expression or analogy… 


• I: Once you have it use it and own it. Remember it until you feel more confident in expressing it.
